                     2 x circuits


WEDNESDAY:   3-4 x 1000m @ 4:00 w/200m jog

                           2-3 x 400m @ :75 w/:75/rec

                           5:00/rec/sets


THURSDAY:   45:00 @ E

                       2 x circuits


FRIDAY:  3 x (4 x 400)   1st 3 @ :75

                                       4th thru :70

                :90/rec/reps

                6:00/rec/sets


SAT/SUN:   run one day for 45:00 @ E
