u should be doing circuits & weights if u have them.
one circuit idea is:
1. run around 400m @ 5k pace
2. immediately after the 400m do 10 squats
3. same as #1.
4. 10-15 pushups
5. same as #1.
6. 30-40 situps
7. same as #1
8. :30-:60 plank
9. same as #1.
10. 5-10 burpies
find a park or open area where u can run for around 400m
